To secure your room for 2023/24 all you need to contact us and complete a reservation form. Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you then tick the box to agree to the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the £250 deposit via your account on The Student Hub.
All utility bills
Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
Internet and Wi-Fi
You will have access to our Wi-Fi service provided by ASK4, offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas. Additionally, you will have 200mb ethernet access in your bedroom with no usage caps.
Fully fitted kitchen
Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.
On-site laundry
Our on-site laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort (local charge applies).
Contents Insurance
Your rent includes personal contents insurance as we have partnered up with Endsleigh, the number 1 student insurance provider to arrange this for you at no extra cost!
Postage service and deliveries
You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.
24-hour On-Site Team
Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
On-site maintenance team
If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.
Always Secure
Only Mezzino residents with a security key fob have access to the building and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas and throughout the site.

All residents have access to two private landscaped courtyards.

Our cinema room is equipped with the latest in audio and visual technology. So, whether you and a few friends want to ‘cast’ something onto the big screen and chill out or come along to some of our movie nights or watch Champions League the choice is yours.

In addition to the ample private study space provided in your apartment and room we also have a shared study space.
Private Gym
Cancel your gym membership fees as you can come and pump some iron in our on-site gym! Fully equipped with resistance and cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls. You can get away from the study and come exercise whenever you want!
