We are offering a double bedroom-study with a separate private bathroom in our family home. The bedroom-study is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail, along with a desk and chair for study. It is brightly lit with a velux roof window.
Your private bathroom consists of a walk-in waterfall shower, sink and vanity unit and toilet. It has an extractor fan and double-glazed window.
The room is available to a single student only during the academic term. Overnight guests are not permitted. We will provide breakfast and dinner (half-board), preferably Monday to Friday, but are willing to negotiate a seven-day arrangement. You will have access to a washing machine and dryer on an agreed day each week. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The property has full fibre broadband.
All utility bills are included and a deposit of one month's rent is payable in advance and refundable at the end of tenancy, subject to any charges.
We live in a mid-terrace red-brick Victorian house situated in a leafy suburb in north Belfast, close to the Cavehill Country Park and Belfast Castle. We are a very short walk from bus stops on the Antrim Road, served by the number 1 route into and out of the city centre (approx. 15 minutes by bus). Local facilities including shops, pubs/restaurants, GP and dental surgeries. We have hosted students on a short and longer term basis for the last two years.
